Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email. It's a 16-digit code starting with PSC. If you can't find it, contact the sender directly.
What do the statuses mean?
Pending — Shipment created, awaiting pickup
In Transit — Package is moving through the network
Out for Delivery — On the final mile to you
Delivered — Successfully delivered
On Hold — Delayed due to customs or other issues
How often is tracking updated?
Tracking information is updated at each major checkpoint. You may see updates multiple times a day as your package moves through sorting facilities and transit hubs.
